Advantages / Characteristics

1.This equipment is mainly composed of a semi-sealed screw refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling device and electric control box. It is assembled on the same base. All oil and gas pipelines have been connected and filled before leaving the factory. With an appropriate amount of refrigerant and refrigeration oil, the user only needs to make water and electricity connections on site to put it into use.

2.The condenser and evaporator of the equipment adopt high-efficiency heat exchange tubes, which are small in size, light in weight and high in heat exchange efficiency.
3.The entire equipment runs smoothly, has small vibration, is safe and reliable.

 

Semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor

The compressor adopts advanced bilateral asymmetric full arc and its envelope rotor profile, making the compressor highly efficient. The energy adjustment device in the compressor allows a single compressor to adjust the energy steplessly from 30% to 100%. The compressor can start with minimum load.

Shell and Tube Condenser
The condenser has a horizontal shell-and-tube structure, with cooling water flowing on the tube side and refrigerant flowing on the shell side. The pipe boxes on both sides are connected by flanges and tube plates, and sealed by industrial rubber plates. The heat exchange tubes are reinforced copper tubes on both sides and connected to the tube plate by mechanical expansion joints. The tube bundle is supported by support plates. The water pipeline uses a mechanical joint connection type (or a flange connection type as needed) to connect to the external water pipeline. The pipe boxes on both sides can be swapped as needed.

 

Evaporator

The evaporator type is dry type. In dry evaporator, the refrigerant water flows on the shell side and the refrigerant flows on the tube side. The two sides are respectively the refrigerant liquid inlet, return air distribution box and return distribution box, which are connected by flanges and tube sheets respectively, and are sealed with oil-resistant rubber asbestos boards in the middle. The heat exchange tubes are reinforced copper tubes on both sides and connected to the tube plate by mechanical expansion joints. The heat exchange tube bundle is supported by multiple evenly distributed baffles.

 

Intellectualized PLC controller with touch-screen

This equipment adopts PLC programmable controller, which can automatically start, stop and adjust energy according to the water temperature of the equipment or remote signals, realizing fully automatic control of the operation process. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with protection devices such as low suction pressure, high exhaust pressure, ultra-low temperature of refrigerant water, water cutoff, motor overload, motor overheating, power failure, ultra-high exhaust temperature, and low oil pressure difference.
