The SI machine can only be considered as an aid to traditional snow making. We knew from the start that snow making using the SI machines can't be the only solution but its use helped make ski season possible, SI machines is always guarantee of having snow. In any case, it's clear that this is the only way to combat global warming. if you want to guarantee having snow, you can no longer rely solely on traditional snow. this is the right way and we can confirm one thing: the SI machine is probably the way to go for the future.
The principle the water is cooled to the freezing point trough an efficient heat exchanger with an advanced and proven cooling technology. The machine is charged with a refrigerant, which stays in a closed and separated circuit. Snow is therefore made without and chemical additives. The snow is made out of small dry ice flakes. The refrigeration circuit remains closed in the process, enabling the production of snow in any outdoor temperature. From the resulting ice scraper separates wafer-thin ice sheets, which transported a conveyor belt to a depot or on the ski slope. Transporting ice over longer distances basically, it consists of a weighing conveyor belt and of a high-volume and low-pressure blower. Blower for pneumatic ice delivery systems. Delivers the oil-free air necessary for pneumatic delivery of ice. The blower is placed in a separate section in the blowing system frame.
The flake ice machine provides both commercial and industrial ice plants with cost-effective ice making solutions since it produces sufficient amount of flake ice with reliable operation, and its service life is quite long.
