Introduction of direct cooling block ice machine

The Direct Cooling Block ice machine is a new type of high efficient Block ice machine,different from the traditional Brine cooling, the evaporator(Block ice moulds) is made of aluminum alloy, the refrigerant evaporates and exchanges heat directly in the evaporator to make ice without salt water,thus the machine has long life-span,never rust in the evaproator. The deicing is semi-automatically without any crane and manual harvest to give users most convenience .We also provide containerized direct cooling block ice machines and brine block ice machines, and containerized brine block ice machines.

The ice crusher is an ice-breaking device specially designed for the direct cooling block ice machine, which can crush 5kg-100kg of block ice. The ice crushing speed is fast, it only takes 3-4 seconds to crush 1 piece of ice And the crushed ice particles are uniform. The whole ice crusher is made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong anti-corrosion properties and has a service life of more than 10 years.

* Block ice conveying device:
